Thé7th Engineer Battalionis definitely a unit óf the United Areas Army situated at Fort Drum, New Yórk. This battalion drops under the 10tl Mountain Department's 1st Brigade Combat Team.
The 7th Professional Battalion had been reactivated on 27 October 2006 at Fort Drum, New Yórk under the 20th Engineer Brigade. The BattaIion and its designated companies used to Iraq ánd Afghanistan in 2009, for Operation Iraqi Independence and Procedure Enduring Independence. In Iraq, the battalion supplied tactical design in assistance of United Areas Department - Sth, combined with the Iraqi Army's 10th and 14th Industry Professional Regiments, and improved the municipal capacity of Iraq via specialized support for reconstruction tasks. In Afghanistan, battalion military carried out route measurement operations and supplied firefighting assistance in the southeast and far eastern provinces, in support of NATO safety functions. The battalion implemented once again to far eastern Afghanistan to conduct route measurement procedures from October 2011 to October 2012.
On 17 Oct 2014, the 7tl Engineer Battalion converted to turn out to be the 7tl Brigade Professional Battalion. This task organization consists of the 693rg Sapper Co, 630tl Engineer Firm (Clearance),1the Brigade's i9000 Military Cleverness Business, and the Brigade's i9000 Signal Firm.
